Wen Kun & Mark assisted us on our helper replacement. They sourced and went through interviews with us patiently, explained to us fees in detail, made seamless transition arrangements for our helpers, very professional, friendly and responsible. My dad requires a helper assist him in daily needs. We needed the helper urgently. We have asked our friends for recommendations but the helpers are all too young. So we googled and WhatsApp to several maid agencies including REN employment.Jess was very professional and provided excellent service. After understanding the type of helper we wanted, Jess sourced around for different suppliers to provide us the type of profile we wanted on the spot and conducted the interview. Jess is very honest in her opinion of the helper, her strengths and weaknesses. Was searching for an agency around AMK area and found REN with 5 stars review so we decided to head down to the agency to source for a helper for our mum. Mark helped to source for a helper and had also furnished us some valuable pointers, he had also helped to send the helper to our place as we were unable to fetch her on the day she's supposed to come to our place. Needed helper to assist me in looking after our mom who has dementia. This is our 1st time engaging a helper as we were rather relunctant in getting an 'outsider' to look after mom and what more living with us. REN was very patient, listening to all our concerns and gave us advice and assurance. We have never hired any helper before and were lucky to meet Mavis who was very sincere and thoughtful in finding a suitable helper to meet the needs of my family. Mavis considered and mindful of our requirements when helping to shortlist suitable candidates for us to consider interviewing. She was also very patient when going through the different paperwork which can be quite confusing for a first timer like us. Thanks to Mavis, we managed to engage a suitable helper since late April 2024. The whole process wasn't too rushed and we were glad that we found the help we need in the end.

Mark who assisted her with the handover while she’s away was helpful too. Service rendered throughout the different processes were pleasant and if a employment agency does their follow up to check if everything is alright after some time and assure you that if anything goes wrong, you can always seek their help. It was a very steep learning curve for me as my last maid employment experienced was almost 20 years ago. About a year ago, I was looking into getting a helper to take care of my aged mother. My family had never employed a helper before. I did not know how to start.I saw Mavis standing outside REN Employment Services at Ang Mo Kio. I approached her and she invited me into her centre. She answered all my queries and guide me through the process. My family situation was unique. Mavis and the other staff helped me to resolve my problems whenever I approached them. IT took many months on our part and with the help of REN, finally my mother is very happy with the helper.I would definitely recommend REN to my friends.Thank you Mavis and REN.
It has been over a month plus since I picked up my new helper deployed from Ren agency and I chose to only write this review now so that things would be much accurate.In mid September, I was around AMK central looking around for a maid agency and I have walked into several others before deciding on Ren agency - a new player in this industry but for how they do things, they are gonna be a champ in this neighbourhood. By this, I honestly meant I have taken helpers from Homekeepers, Swift Maids, and Island Maid, all of them are charging very high agency costs but the worst part is, they are all talks only. I don't find their helpers are of quality for the price I am paying, and when things doesn't work out, the sales person wasn't as eager to help as they were during closing the sales.In any case, Mark was the one who attended to me throughout the entire process, he was very patient and determined to find me the most suitable helper, he never gave up despite numerous interviews I asked for and on the strict requirements that I have. He would humbly shares his own views and honest opinons which has been very helpful and my family appreciates.My new helper, Su is probably godsend, and I am really so thankful because I have experienced helpers that steal, got pregnant, has major attitude problems and very forgetful ones. Su is my best helper so far, not to say she doesn't forget to do things but at least she is very hardworking, well-trained, willing to learn and very very well-manned to my demanding mother. Su have shared with me that she has a very strict and proper trainer back in Myanmar which taught her everything about Singapore households so this part I really feel does matter a lot. My family love her very much and finally, we are very happy and satisfied.So well done, Ren agency! Finally, I can have a peace of mind.
